Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be made 7 days before the event date.
  • If payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be canceled.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days before the event. To receive the refund:
  • Before 10 days of the event: 100% refund
  • Within 10 days and before 5 days of the event: 50% refund
  • Within 5 days and before 3 days of the event: 20% refund
  • Less than 3 days of the event No refund

3. Event Duration

  • The photo booth will be operational for the agreed time as stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Overtime is charged at ₹8000 per hour and must be agreed upon in advance.

4. Setup and Access

  • The setup requires a minimum space of 10×10 feet and a power source within 10 feet of the booth.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring there is adequate space and access for the photo booth setup.

5. Equipment Damage

  • The client is responsible for any damages caused to the photo booth equipment by event guests.
  • In case of damage, the client will be charged for repairs or replacement.

6. Liability

  • Magik Moment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from the use of the photo booth.
  • The business is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or technical issues. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided.

7. Photo Delivery

    • All photos will be delivered after the event in digital format, unless otherwise specified.

    8. Photo Use and Copyright

    • The client retains ownership of the photos, but Magik Moment reserves the right to use any photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
    • By using the photo booth, guests consent to being photographed and understand that the photos may be used publicly.

    9. Privacy

    • All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent

    10. Force Majeure

    • Magik Moment is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies).

    11. Agreement

    • By booking the photo booth, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
